Job Description
- Assist in managing day-to-day project operations both in the field and office
- Support project scheduling, procurement tracking, and cost control processes
- Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams
- Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation
- Help manage contracts, change orders, and project billing
- Participate in jobsite meetings and help ensure safety compliance
- Contribute to quality control and project closeout procedures

The Successful Applicant
- 3-5+ years of construction experience, ideally with some exposure to data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial projects
- Ground-up construction experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
- Willingness to travel and support nationwide projects
