They are currently seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join the team!

Job Description

Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule.

Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to timelines

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Review construction drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance.

Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets.

Track project costs, identify potential cost overruns, and implement cost control measures.

Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure construction meets industry standards and project specifications.

Identify potential risks and challenges in construction projects and develop mitigation strategies.

Proactively address issues to prevent delays and ensure project success.

Communicate project status, updates, and issues with internal team.

Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, budget, and other key performance indicators

The Successful Applicant

4+ years of construction experience with a general contractor required

Must have large-scale projects experience in either commercial or healthcare markets

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

Applicable project management software proficiency (Procore, CMiC, P6)

Thorough understanding of corporate and construction industry best practices, processes, standards, etc.

Excellent communication skills, business aptitude, and professional character
