Job Description
- Assist in overseeing all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, and procurement processes
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution
- Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders
- Conduct regular site visits and support the Superintendent in monitoring quality and safety compliance
- Help manage communication between the client, architect, and project stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience supporting commercial construction projects, specifically in high-end interiors or ground-up commercial builds. They should be well-versed in project documentation, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project is preferred. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.
