Job Description Lead all phases of ground-up hospitality construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams Monitor project progress and proactively address delays, conflicts, or issues Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies Oversee subcontractor performance and manage contracts and change orders Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence Prepare and present project updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes Drive high standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
