Job Description
- Manage all phases of K-12 construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget goals are met.
- Drive coordination between field teams, subcontractors, architects, and school district stakeholders.
- Deliver safe, clean, and high-performing educational facilities in alignment with client expectations and district standards.
- Operate project schedules and budgets with precision, proactively resolving issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Lead on-site teams, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, reports, and communication logs to ensure transparency and project continuity.
- Run weekly meetings, walkthroughs, and quality control checks to keep construction on track and aligned with plans.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience managing ground-up or renovation projects in the K-12 or public sector construction space. They have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and school district processes.
They are highly organized, solutions-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments where communication and coordination are key. This person knows how to lead field teams, build trust with clients and subcontractors, and stay calm under pressure. A background working for a general contractor on educational projects, paired with strong scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership skills, will set them up for success.
