One of the nation’s most respected multifamily builders is expanding in Southern California and seeking a driven Assistant Project Manager to support delivery on a high-density, ground-up residential development in San Diego.

Market-rate multifamily development

What You’ll Do
Assist with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in executing project goals and schedules
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure material and labor alignment
Help manage budget tracking, schedule updates, and project reporting
Collaborate with the field team to troubleshoot issues and maintain performance targets
Maintain document control and ensure all project files are up to date and audit-ready
What You Bring
2–5+ years in construction project coordination or assistant-level project management
Experience in multifamily or large-scale residential construction preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
Eagerness to grow into a leadership role within a fast-paced project environment
