Job Description
Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing all phases of construction. Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes. Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Track project schedules, budgets, and cost reports to ensure alignment with goals. Support procurement efforts and contract administration. Help resolve project issues and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
2-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or management, preferably in multifamily or commercial sectors. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Familiarity with construction documents, scheduling tools, and project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
