Job Description

Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish. Manage subcontractors, site safety, schedules, and quality control. Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and field staff. Ensure work complies with local codes, project plans, and safety protocols.

The Successful Applicant

Oversee all field operations on large-scale public renovation projects with a variety of NYC Agencies. Direct subcontractors, site logistics, safety, and schedule adherence. Act as liaison between field staff, project managers, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, and safety standards.
