Job Description
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors, site safety, schedules, and quality control
- Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and field staff
- Ensure work complies with local codes, project plans, and safety protocols

The Successful Applicant
- Oversee all field operations on large-scale public renovation projects with a variety of NYC Agencies
- Direct subcontractors, site logistics, safety, and schedule adherence
- Act as liaison between field staff, project managers, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, and safety standards
