Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

• Oversee shift operations to keep service smooth and efficient.
• Assist the GM with P&L controls, inventory, and cost management.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and foodsafety standards.

Team Leadership & Development

• Help recruit, train, and motivate a highenergy crew.
• Foster a fun, performancedriven work environment.
• Lead by example to reinforce consistency, accountability, and excellence.

Guest Experience & Sales Growth

• Ensure every guest receives outstanding service.
• Execute salesbuilding initiatives and localstore marketing.
• Identify process improvements that streamline operations and boost profitability.

What You Bring to the Table

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead in a fastpaced, highvolume setting.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
