Job Description

  • Support the Superintendent in overseeing daily on-site construction activities.
  • Assist in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain project schedules.
  • Monitor work for compliance with safety standards, quality specifications, and building codes.
  • Help manage material deliveries, inventory, and site organization.
  • Conduct site walkthroughs and prepare progress reports or updates.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and crew members.
  • Identify potential issues early and assist in resolving them promptly.
  • Ensure proper documentation of project activities, inspections, and safety logs.
