We’re looking for an experienced litigator with a background in NY Labor Law §§ 240, 241, and 200 to join our team. You’ll be working directly with senior trial attorneys, including Michael “The Bull” Lamonsoff-- one of the most relentless personal injury attorneys in New York. Attorneys who thrive here are strategic, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to the client’s experience and outcome. They prepare cases like each one is going to trial and work with the kind of urgency that changes lives. Requirements 3+ years of construction accident / Labor Law litigation experience (plaintiff or defense) Admitted to practice in New York Strong trial prep, depositions, motion practice, and courtroom experience Deep understanding of NY Labor Law §§ 240, 241, and 200 Independent thinker who works well in a collaborative, team-driven environment Responsibilities Manage a full caseload from intake to trial or resolution Represent clients in court, depositions, mediations, and motions Build strategy alongside an experienced and dedicated litigation team Prioritize client communication and advocacy every step of the way What We Offer High earning potential : $175K - $225K base salary with commissions and mediation bonuses that can put total annual compensation well into seven figures Performance-based structure that rewards real results and not just hours Consistent caseload of high-value construction accident cases.
