What You'll Be Doing Case Ownership : Manage your own caseload of litigated defense matters under supervision of senior trial attorneys

Client Representation : Attend depositions, mediations, and pre-trial conferences; handle hearings and eventually first-chair trials

Legal Strategy : Draft and argue dispositive motions, analyze case value, and advise clients on legal risk and resolution options

Team Collaboration : Work closely with litigation support staff and experienced attorneys to develop litigation strategy and ensure compliance with court deadlines

Courtroom Advocacy : Prepare for and participate in trial proceedings and evidentiary hearings with confidence and preparation
