Job Description
Oversee day-to-day onsite operations for interior healthcare construction projects
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.
Ensure work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Maintain project schedules and track progress to meet deadlines.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and compliance.
Resolve onsite issues promptly to minimize delays.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders on progress and challenges.
Manage site logistics, including material deliveries and equipment use.

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience overseeing interior commercial construction projects, ideally with healthcare interiors.
Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate onsite teams.
Deep understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety standards.
Skilled at coordinating multiple trades and managing site logistics.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
