Our client, a nationally recognized construction litigation firm* is seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney  to join its San Francisco Bay Area office.

Key Qualifications: Experience with construction contracts and disputes. Strong civil litigation background. Proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Ability to manage document discovery efficiently. Experience with depositions, arguing motions, and preparing for mediations, trials, and arbitrations is a plus. Admission to the California Bar is required.
