The Opportunity: As our Construction Litigation Attorney , you'll be at the forefront of high-stakes cases, working with a team of accomplished legal professionals. What You'll Do: Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw to build winning case strategies Draft compelling pleadings, motions, and briefs that persuade judges and juries Manage multiple construction and surety cases with precision and efficiency Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and expert guidance Collaborate with colleagues to prepare for trials and negotiate settlements

What We're Looking For: At least one (1) year of litigation experience Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active California Bar license (Required) Proven experience in litigation Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills Willingness to commute to or relocate near Irvine, CA 92614 (Required)
