Attorney Shareholder will lead the construction litigation team, handling complex and high-profile cases. Key responsibilities include: - Providing legal counsel and representation to clients in all aspects of construction litigation, including contract disputes, construction defects, delay claims, and payment disputes - Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs - Representing clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings - Managing and mentoring junior attorneys and support staff - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other legal professionals in the construction industry - Collaborating with other practice groups within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction law and regulations, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
