A highly regarded Florida-based law firm is seeking a seasoned Construction Litigation Partner to join its well-established team in the Tampa office. This position offers the chance to work alongside Board-Certified attorneys on complex, high-value construction disputes involving a diverse portfolio of industry clients.
Key Qualifications: 8 to 12 years of focused experience in construction law and litigation Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases from inception through resolution, including depositions, hearings, and strategic client advisement Strong academic credentials with excellent litigation, research, and writing skills Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar Confident courtroom presence and exceptional client communication abilities A portable book of business is strongly preferred, though not mandatory Must be comfortable working in-office within a collaborative, team-oriented environment Job hoppers as they will not be considered.
