RCS Construction is looking for someone to assist us in our A/V department. Our ideal candidate will be trustworthy, reliable, experienced in technical issues and eager to grow as they gain experience and ability. This position will be based out of our Celina, OH office and is full time, first shift. Responsibilities Include: Assist with Audio and Video System installations Run, pull, label and connect wiring and cable Assist with the set-up, operation, and troubleshooting of all A/V, projections, lighting, conference equipment, devices and systems Assist with hardware and software upgrades Troubleshoot technical issues Assist and instruct clients regarding proper usage and operations of A/V equipment Provide in person and remote technical assistance as needed Other duties as assigned and as your abilities grow Ability to travel between divisions, mostly St. Henry and Piqua Essential knowledge, skills and abilities: Background in Audio and Video technology and installation Ability to identify and troubleshoot A/V problems and work rapidly and effectively to provide solutions Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments High level of confidentiality and integrity Must be highly organized Accuracy is critical Self-motivated Strong communication skills Reliable About RCS:RCS and Bruns Construction have been serving the commercial and residential construction industries for more than 70 years.
