Job Description

Project Oversight: Assist in the management and coordination of commercial construction projects from planning through completion.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance with building codes.

Collaboration: Work with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and align project goals.

Scheduling: Help develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones.

Budget Management: Assist in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial accountability.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues that arise during the construction process to keep projects on track.

Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, verify compliance, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

The Successful Applicant

Previous experience in construction management, particularly with commercial projects. - Non-Negotiable

Familiarity with the construction process, project management, and building codes

Strong leadership and team coordination abilities to effectively manage on-site teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders

Proficient in project management software and tools for tracking progress and reporting

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project dynamics

Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Passionate about delivering successful commercial construction projects
