Conduct oil changes and other fundamental maintenance tasks. Document vehicle conditions using our Multi-point Inspection or Repair Order. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the shop. Drive vehicles safely and courteously while obeying traffic regulations. Carry out State Safety and Emission Inspections (in relevant locations) ethically and in compliance with guidelines. Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns to your supervisor. Work flexible hours, including weekends as needed, and perform other duties as assigned. Align with Driver's Edge’s core values and adhere to company policies. Qualifications: General understanding of automotive systems is preferred. Valid Driver's License. Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to obtain a State Inspector License is preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Working Conditions: You will be working in an environment that may include exposure to noise, dust, exhaust fumes, and other automotive-related substances. Safety gear, including goggles and PPE, will be provided as necessary. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours daily. Bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching are necessary. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Effective communication with customers and colleagues is required.
