Bilingual Construction Project Manager

United Trades of America is looking for a Bilingual Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in Huntsville, AL. This role involves managing schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish and have experience using HousePro or similar project management software.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Conduct site inspections to monitor safety and compliance. Use HousePro software for project documentation and tracking. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and building codes.

3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management. Proficiency in HousePro software and Microsoft Excel. Ability to read construction blueprints and schematics. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
