POSITION DESCRIPTION: Staffing Recruiters are responsible for sourcing candidates based on client needs and doing full cycle recruiting. RECRUITER JOB DUTIES: Follow client guidelines to source candidates for position openings. Conduct interviews to identify candidates. Place job postings via online career pages, job boards, etc. Screen resumes and applications. Update account managers on hiring status. Enter applicant data into ATS. Candidate/Employee communications including texting app. Resolve employee issues in a quick and timely manner. Terminate employees while following company guidelines. All other duties as needed. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years of recent experience in staffing or similar Knowledge of HR procedures. Effectively communicate in both English and Spanish (Preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews, and group interviews. Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient with PCs and MS Office. Experience evaluating candidates.
