As a Building Design Architect, you will be responsible for shaping innovative and functional building projects that meet client needs. Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough research and analysis to inform architectural designs. Producing dynamic conceptual plans, renderings, and documentation. Planning and programming project layouts while ensuring seamless integration of engineering elements. Utilizing advanced computer-assisted design software, including AutoCAD and Revit, to create and refine project designs. Collaborating closely with project managers and multi-disciplinary design teams throughout all phases of project development. Directing and supervising the drawing and specification documentation processes during the Conceptual, Schematic, and Detailed Design Phases.
