Our client in Leola PA is seeking help in their cabinet dept!

Job Description/Duties

Cabinet Assembly : Constructing and assembling cabinets from pre-cut materials using hand and power tools. Installation : Installing cabinets and related fixtures in modular home units according to blueprints or layout specifications. Finishing Work : Sanding, staining, or painting cabinets as needed. Quality Control : Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet company standards. Material Handling : Managing inventory of cabinet parts and materials, and ensuring proper storage and usage. Team Collaboration : Working closely with other departments (e.g., flooring, electrical, drywall) to ensure seamless home construction.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience in woodworking or cabinetry (preferred but not always required). Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings. Familiarity with hand and power tools. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
