Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team in performing high-end remodel work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing finish carpentry installs on remodel and new build construction units. You will assist journeyman-level carpenters and perform light carpentry tasks as directed, contributing to the successful completion of various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Perform finish carpentry installs on remodel and new build construction units.
  • Assist journeyman-level carpenters with various tasks.
  • Execute demo and addition framing work.
  • Install doors, hardware, cabinets, and millwork.
  • Follow directions to perform light carpentry as required.

Essential Skills

  • Proficient in construction and carpentry techniques.
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable and punctual in work commitments.
  • Experience with finish carpentry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Construction experience.
  • Experience working on commercial remodel projects.
  • Proficient in installing trim, baseboards, and window casings.
  • Framing and window installation skills.
  • Cabinet installation and stairs/railing experience.
  • Valid driver's license.

Work Environment

Work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling a straight 40-hour work week. You will work alongside a foreman and two other carpenters, primarily in the Twin City metro area, focusing on the West/NW Metro. Enjoy a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
