What You'll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, metal, or other materials to exact specifications
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking/construction machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain high quality standards on all builds and installations
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, or general construction (or the ability to be trained)
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings or plans
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license preferred
