The Case Manager within the CRU (Crisis Residential Services) coordinates all services necessary to maximize consumer recovery and independence for individuals with mental illness including implementing strategies for obtaining services and supports that are goal-oriented and individualized. The CRU provides short-term alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization for individuals experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis. We are Hopeful you have… - Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited institution required. - LLBSW, LBSW, LLMSW, LMSW preferred. - Prior case management experience in a mental health or rehabilitation setting preferred. - Valid Michigan Driver’s License required.
