The company is seeking a motivated and hands-on CEO to lead this expanding enterprise through substantial growth over the next 3-5 years. The primary focus will be developing and executing a strategy for expansion into new markets, driving profitability, streamlining processes, and enhancing service and execution quality. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a middle-market Commercial Services company, with proven ability to deliver growth and lead organizational functions. The CEO will have full P&L ownership, establish processes, improve project delivery, ensure accountability, and integrate operations across multiple locations. They should be adept at increasing organizational visibility, professionalizing operations, and spearheading organic and acquisitive growth initiatives. Experience with a liquidity event and alignment with private equity stakeholders is preferred. Experience selling to government entities (federal, state, municipal) and private clients, along with a background in specialty contracting industries such as HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, facilities maintenance, fire and security, or infrastructure projects, is highly desirable. The CEO will work directly with a private equity partner, with equity participation included in the compensation package.
