Bachelor's Degree in construction management or related field.
5+ years of experience estimating in the heavy civil construction industry.
Ability to read blueprints and experience using estimating software.
Demonstrate a history of successful & profitable relationships with past clients and organizations.
Develop new business and work closely with existing clients.
Prepare take-offs, collaborate with leadership on costs/budgeting, labor/subcontractors, materials/equipment, contract proposals, keep records, etc.
