Job Description

Direct daily field operations and supervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects run smoothly
Manage safety compliance, quality control, and schedule adherence on-site
Coordinate logistics, material deliveries, and equipment to meet project milestones
Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, and inspectors to resolve field issues promptly
Monitor project progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare daily reports
Enforce company and client safety standards and promote a positive, proactive safety culture
Lead by example to foster teamwork, accountability, and high performance in the field

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in civil construction
Strong background in one or more of the following: Water/wastewater treatment plants Underground utilities and heavy utilities Site development and earthwork Roads, bridges, and heavy civil infrastructure
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
Comfortable managing multiple crews and subcontractors on complex job sites
Experience using construction management and reporting tools preferred
