Job Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Overseeing & managing civil projects from start through completion
• Ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Leading site personnel, providing guidance to ensure the highest levels of safety, productivity, and performance
• Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
• Managing project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily logs, and progress reports

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate has:

• 7+ years of experience working as a Super (water/wastewater projects)
• Proficient in Procore, B2W, Vista
• MA CSL
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred
• Very comfortable running civil projects start to finish
• Thorough understanding of contract documents, drawings, specifications, construction means and method, materials, survey methods & overall construction planning and cost control
• Commutable all over the South Shore (projects from Boston down to the cape)
