The *Civil Superintendent* will oversee daily operations at active job sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The ideal candidate will bring *8+ years of civil construction experience*, including *2+ years in a superintendent role*, with a strong background in sitework, excavation, grading, utilities, and related scopes.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Supervise all field operations related to site development and civil construction
* Coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, and materials deliveries
* Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
* Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Enforce safety compliance and company policies on site
* Work closely with project managers and engineers to maintain project alignment
* Maintain accurate daily logs and reports
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum *8 years of experience* in civil construction (sitework, grading, utilities, etc.)
* At least *2* *years in a superintendent role*
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols
* Ability to lead and motivate field teams
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proficient with construction software, tablets, and digital reporting tools (preferred)
* Clean 5 year MVR
