Civil Litigation Paralegal - Construction Law (234/o)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing legal documents related to construction projects.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Manage case files and maintain organized records.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other parties involved in construction projects.
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
- Perform administrative tasks such as court filings, scanning, and data entry.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a civil litigation paralegal, experience with construction law is preferred. Bachelor's/Associate Degree or Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
- Must have experience filing in state and federal court.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
