This role requires effective leadership, mentoring of staff, and a commitment to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead performance by focusing on key metrics, quality, and team culture. Manage change processes effectively to ensure smooth operations. Stay updated on current vehicle repair procedures and technologies. Hold staff accountable for performance, ensuring adherence to company standards. Drive customer satisfaction through staff training and timely resolution of concerns. Conduct recruitment, interviews, and hiring for team expansion. Train new hires on company policies and procedures. Promote a safe and organized working environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with area insurance contacts and referrals. Engage in regular outreach to claims managers and dealership accounts. Participate in marketing initiatives and team-building activities. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in collision repair and auto body management. Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on employee development. Ability to analyze and interpret financial P&L statements. ICAR Platinum certification is preferred. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. Valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance coverage. Familiarity with CCC One estimating platform and management software. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong ability to read and interpret documents related to repair procedures and safety guidelines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer and employee interactions. Physical Demands & Work Environment: Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands. Occasionally required to sit. Must be able to lift and push weights up to 50 pounds. Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing may be necessary.
