Description The Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager will: Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project budgets and help manage cost controls. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports. Participate in site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Communicate effectively with clients to address questions and provide updates on project progress. Identify and resolve project issues to minimize delays and risks. Support senior project managers in various administrative and operational tasks.
