About the role
To meet the demands of our rapidly growing customer base, Cressy Construction is seeking dedicated Carpenters to join our team. This a full time, year-round position with a continually growing company. To do well in this role you should be physically fit, able to load and unload heavy materials, be reliable, and a hard worker. We are looking for individuals that have experience working on commercial projects and can keep up in a fast paced, construction environment. A valid driver's license, residency and dependable transportation are required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction
- Willingness to learn
- Knowledge of general construction
- Experience in operating hand tools and equipment
- Involves the operation of small equipment and tools, including saws and drills
- Valid driver's license
- Painting / finishing ability preferred
- Ability to document daily progress
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize with time constraints
- Take initiative on the job site
- Self-motivated
- Reliability is a necessity
- Possess a strong-work ethic
- Must be able to pass a background screen and drug test (required)

The pay range for this role is:
15 - 22 USD per hour (Cressy Mishawaka)
