Commercial Construction Estimator Responsibilities Generate accurate, competitive cost estimates using Stack estimating software. Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and requirements. Lead and manage projects independently from pre-construction through closeout. Analyze labor, materials, and timelines to create cost-effective bids. Identify project risks early and recommend proactive solutions. Stay current on industry standards, pricing trends, and material/labor costs. Commercial Construction Estimator Qualifications Mechanically inclined new graduates are encouraged to apply. Interest in commercial construction estimating (waterproofing, caulking, roofing, protective coatings). Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and construction drawings. Experience with estimating software (Stack preferred) is a plus. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
