Job Description Conduct detailed cost analysis of construction projects. Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive project estimates. Engage in contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers. Support project management teams in monitoring project costs. Participate in project meetings and offer cost-saving solutions. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and advancements in construction. Foster relationships with vendors and clients. Uphold company standards and values in all business dealings. The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Commercial Construction Estimator' should have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in commercial construction estimating. Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office. Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
