At this time, we are looking for a Commercial Construction Estimator that is organized and detail oriented to join the team! [Duties ] Analyze required bid documents, blueprints, and project specifications to gain a thorough understanding of the project Develop and maintain relationships with company vendors, Client’s Subcontractor’s, and contractors Prepare material estimates, Labor estimates and cost estimates for the product or service
[Requirements ] 5-7 years of Commercial Construction Estimating experience Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite and Procore estimating software or similar software is required Ability to research historical project data to produce a budget for clients
[Details ] $70k - $90k a year Bonus opportunities, 401(k) matching, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Paid vacation and sick days Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and travel as needed. This is a full-time position, working 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday
