Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor and materials Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering techniques as needed Develop and present budgets, reports, and project plans Manage estimates for multiple projects simultaneously Collaborate with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams while maintaining autonomy Qualifications 1+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze and organize data efficiently
