What You'll Do
- Install, replace, and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Interpret HVAC wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
- Work on rooftops, in tight spaces, and from various heights
- Lead or assist a team of installers on job sites
- Ensure installations comply with all local mechanical and safety codes
- Deliver quality workmanship with a focus on customer satisfaction
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (commercial preferred)
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification (preferred)
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Working knowledge of refrigeration cycles, HVAC controls, and codes
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and maneuver heavy equipment
- Familiarity with hand tools (must provide your own)
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- 4-day work week | Monday-Thursday | ~6:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Work is performed on-site within our service area in West Michigan
