The Commercial Construction Loan Program Manager (CCLPM) is responsible for overseeing the commercial construction lending program within the credit union. Key duties include managing construction loan activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, reviewing budgets and draw requests, conducting on-site inspections, and collaborating with borrowers, builders, credit teams, and leadership to promote growth, member service, and portfolio management. Manage construction loan processes with borrowers, builders, and developers, including reviewing budgets, draw requests, and inspections. (20%) Ensure all documentation for new construction loans is obtained before closing, including contracts, budgets, permits, insurance, and other required documents. Follow policies and report gaps to leadership. (20%) Communicate with members, builders, developers, appraisers, inspectors, government entities, and title companies to streamline the loan process while mitigating risks. (20%) Monitor and report on portfolio performance, delinquency, risk ratings, and market conditions. (10%) Identify at-risk loans through ongoing monitoring, assist with workouts, and asset preservation. (10%) Recommend policy, procedural, or management changes as needed. (5%) Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and assist with audits. (5%) Work with the team to develop strategies for loan collection and achieving performance targets.
