Job Summary
As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Your primary role is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your unwavering dedication to meeting and surpassing client needs will ensure project success and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, shaping the future of our organization and leaving a legacy of excellence in customer service.

What you do


Who You Are
  1. Minimum 4 years' experience as a Field Construction Manager.
  2. Knowledge of construction sequence.
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  5. Knowledge of Procore or ability to learn.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  7. Understanding of construction contracts, regulations, and safety standards.
  8. Strong problem-solving abilities, forward thinking, time management and attention to detail.
  9. Experience delighting clients and team members with customer service.
