J C Porter Construction is interested in hiring a qualified Project Administrator to support commercial construction projects. This is a brief job description and responsibilities for the Project Administrator position.
Job:
· Salaried position with full benefits, see offer letter for specifics.
· Roughly 40 hours a week, but based on work be completed, hours TBD but basically 8 to 4:30
· Minimal travel, but there will be some trips to jobsites, permit offices, mailing facilities and delivering submittals to architects/customer’s offices.
Projects:
Help Project Managers (PM) organize and produce
· meeting minutes
· Organize and distribute drawings
· Set up job files
· RFI’s
· Submittal Logs
· Process submittals
· Job specific paperwork
· Put together Operations and Maintenance Manuals
· File and pick up permits
· AIA Billings- AR and AP input
· Enter budgets, change orders and subcontract information in foundations
Contract Management:
· Produce Subcontract agreements – PM responsible for content
· Produce Owner agreements – PM responsible for content
· Produce change orders (Owner & Subcontractor) -PM responsible for content
· Enter executed change orders in Foundations
Invoicing:
· Produce owner invoicing- PM responsible for content
· Receive and track subcontractor/vendor invoicing – PM responsible for approval
