What You'll Be Doing: Assist Project Managers with all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate subcontractor activities, material procurement, and schedule tracking Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes Help maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date Communicate with clients, architects, and consultants to support project progress Visit job sites to ensure alignment between field and office operations What We're Looking For: 2-5 years of experience in a project support role within the commercial construction industry Experience with ground-up and/or renovation projects, ideally in sectors like healthcare, education, or institutional work Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc. a plus) A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred Why This Opportunity?
