Job Description
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule alignment. Lead project planning, coordination, and execution across field teams, subcontractors, and clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparency, performance, and responsiveness. Drive business development efforts including client engagement, presentations, and negotiations. Track project profitability and actively seek new opportunities within current and potential accounts. Oversee contract administration, change orders, billing, and project closeout.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven success managing ground-up or major commercial projects
- Strong client-facing skills with a track record of winning repeat business
- Deep understanding of project financials and cost controls
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow accounts and drive profitability
- Comfortable engaging in business development and client presentations
