Location: Dallas Fort-Worth, Texas

Salary: Up to $120K (DOE)

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in K-12, municipal, and/or hospital construction . The ideal candidate will have both ground-up and remodel experience , a proven track record of long-term tenure , and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. We are not looking for candidates with multi-family or cookie-cutter retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee 2-3+ projects at a time, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion. Handle submittals, RFIs, and project documentation with precision. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project budgets, progress, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Lead project meetings, resolve issues proactively, and drive team collaboration.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in K-12, municipal, or healthcare construction. Strong understanding of both ground-up and renovation projects. Stable work historyno job hoppers. Proficiency in scheduling software and construction management tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits
