Job Description Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates. Oversee site logistics, procurement, and subcontractor performance. Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track. The Successful Applicant Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction. Proven success managing ground-up projects with site work valued at $3MM+. Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting. Experience with K-12 school construction is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management software and construction documentation. What's on Offer Base salary dependent on experience up to $125,000. Performance-based annual bonus structure. Health insurance (medical, dental, vision).
