Plan & execute construction projects from start to finish while ensuring a high level of service in dealing with customers, clients, subcontractors.

**Must have 5+ years experience in Evaluating and selling projects.

Educate customers on process
Identify and document project scope of work.
Maintain customer and client communications.
Review estimates.
Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimates.
Create project schedule, timeline, and budget
Manage all contracts, change orders. RFI's, ASI's.
Skilled in comprehensive safety strategies.
Strong financial management.
Fluent computer skills
Motivated self starter
